Yes, it cuts through tough cuts of meat and bones with ease. But it is not recommended to use the knife on frozen foods and large beef bones.
Please pay attention to rinse the knife thoroughly after use, so that acidic or alkaline residues do not remain on the blade. Gently wipe the knife dry with a clean washcloth after rinsing to prevent rusting. A thin layer of any cooking oil may be applied on the blade if it is not used for a long time. Make sure to place in a clean, dry place for storage.
Our Hunting Style knife is one of it’s kind type of Knife, Which is being produced in Almazan, Spain from the crafting of handmade artisan’s.
The durable, sharp edge does not require frequent sharpening and will hold its sharpness even after 3-4 of regular months use. Use a 1000/6000 grit whetstone to sharpen the blade as needed.
All USA, South American and Canadian orders will be shipped from our USA warehouses. All international orders will be shipped from our European warehouse.
Our processing time is 1-2 Business. Once processed, orders usually arrive within 4-7 working days. Orders to addresses outside the US can take longer.
