Gently wipe the knife dry with a clean washcloth after rinsing to prevent rusting. A thin layer of any cooking oil may be applied on the blade if it is not used for a long time. Make sure to place in a clean, dry place for storage.
The durable, sharp edge does not require frequent sharpening and will hold its sharpness even after 3-4 of regular months use. Use a 1000/6000 grit whetstone to sharpen the blade as needed.
